FOODS with skincare effect

There are many foods around us pose skincare effect,so in case you have some skin problems please don`t blame the foods around you first.You can make the difference by choosing the foods that benefit you instead of damaging you.

Personally ,I like to drink red dates+goji fruit+ alga tea daily.Red dates and goji fruits are full with anti-oxidant and essential mineral.Anti-oxidant helps to fight against free radicals to prevent aging trace,for essential mineral,it provides your skin cells the required nutrient for cell dividing.The taiwan skincare teacher(Niu Er) and SK2 ambassador (Qiqi) use the same method also.Besides that ,alga contain plant collagen for skin firming purpose ,at the same time the slippery texture of the alga increases the intestine mobility as well(prevent constipation),therefore these 3 foods definitely can help you to have a radiant skin that can glow from within!

Besides that,I also very like to drink barley.Barley contains the essential vitamins and minerals that play a role for your skin to grow healthily also.It is rich with Vitamin B.So next time when you are in a kopitiam,order for a cup of warm barley instead of soft drink .Try to eat the residue,that is good for you,you can add another one piece of lemon for a better whitening effect also.
